Hello Friends!  Happy Wednesday and oh my goodness I need to get my life together with this blog!  I can't believe I went another week with no Tutorial Tuesday and today clearly isn't a "Work Wear Wednesday" post! (although maybe it could be a casual Friday one)  I am learning that it is easy to hit a bit of a wall when trying to blog and be creative, informative and useful all at the same time.  Plus I stare at my closet each week and like most women I "hate it all!" But enough of the pity party, let's talk about why you now also need to add Nordstrom Rack to your list of places to shop/check regularly!

I will be 100% brutally honest, I was not a Rack girl until like 3 weeks ago.  I discovered that some of the items that I bought at full price 3 months ago and/or last season miraculously showed up online or in store at a fraction of the cost.  Since I frequent Nordstrom and love them, I do know a lot about their brands.  That being said, you really should check out The Rack to see if the things you loved (and thought sold out) end up there.  My most recent trip I discovered this Painted Threads Cardigan Duster.  I have two other cardigans from this brand and I love the lightweight stretchy material. When I saw it was available in a long version I grabbed this olive color and a black one for only $19 each.  Also these Frame Denim jeans were marked down to $65 (originally $200).  The color is a good medium tone and I actually like that these aren't distressed.  They fit like a glove and will be great staple when I'm wearing all my over the knee boots.  The name of the cut is "Le Skinny de Jeanne"

So the moral of the story is check your local Nordstrom Rack from time to time and I highly suggest you try during the week (maybe on a lunch break) and not on a weekend when they are sure to be crowded.  Thanks for stopping by today and I promise I will have posts up each day the rest of this week!  Friday's will be late but its going to be a good one (hint hint)  Stay tuned and have a fantastic day!
