Hello Friends!  I hope you all had a great Labor Day weekend!  We were lucky here because Hermine completely missed us.  It was probably for the best because I am not sure I could have dealt with a hurricane, leaky roof and no air conditioning all weekend.  Sunday night we took these pictures and let's just say that isn't extra highlight you see on my face :)  Glistening at it's finest right there ladies!

I grabbed this utility jacket a few weeks ago and I knew I wanted to do a post that showed various ways to style it.  It is the perfect type of jacket for the transitioning weather and yes, I even showed you a business casual look that you can try out!   Many companies are moving to a more laid back approach to business causal so this jacket is absolutely appropriate as work attire.  Just be sure you pair it with something more feminine- a pair of heels, a pencil skirt and pearls are great ways to accomplish that.

Also as I mentioned above, I wanted to list a bunch of options of jackets for you to look through and ALL of these looks will work with a utility vest as well for those of us that live in warmer climates all year round.  If you are in the market for new flare jeans I highly recommend this pair from Michael Kors.  They have a little but of stretch to them so you can order them to be snug and they still look so flattering!   If you have any questions feel free to comment below.
